a small smattering of links

I followed an interesting chain of links while browsing and have posted some of them here for you to peruse.

Accessible by design - I’m not always in agreement with this idea because I would often rather use a simple and accessible web site rather than a complex accessible one, but that’s just my personal preference. As long as designers are making their sites accessible, I’m happy.

Taking interoffice sports pools a bit too far - This is just a demo by Novell, but if a company is spending all their time working on this, I wouldn’t be too optimistic about their future as a company.

Archive of misheard lyrics - I think we’ve all had the experience one time or another. We’re singing along to the radio or a CD and realize the words are different than we thought. It’s worse when someone else notices you’re singing them wrong, but it makes for an entertaining story.
