unclaimed property

On waxy.org I read how he searched for abandoned property and ended up finding money for someone is his family. I doubted I would find anything, but ran a search on the abandoned property list for NH. I tried my last name and found a result for my grandfather. I informed my parents, they looked into it and will be getting a check for $54.97.

You might as well take a look too. It’s like you’re getting free money.

  3. It turns out that state unclaimed property databases don’t contain all the money that is available to be claimed. I was able to find an old bank account at http://www.unclaimedassets.com

  4. Not only was I able to find an abandoned savings account thru http://www.asset-recovery-service.com but they also sent me the proper form to file for my claim. They were very prompt and professional.
