I just took the Nerd Test and got a score of 700 and a rating of 149.90%. I had a slight hint from evhead to make sure I was running Linux when I took it. It certainly helped. “You got an extra 400 points because you are actually running Linux right now.”
I only scored 38%. This is one reason I have your site bookmarked.
My score was a 189, or 43%. I actually lost a point for using Windows at the time. I guess I’m not a nerd. Oh well, better luck next time.
I got a score of 459 and a rating of 98.29%, having lost a point for using a Windows box. Maybe I’ll try this again from home!
By the way, can I get you over to the ODP Computers forum and into that thread about “Web Logs” maybe? I know you haven’t been approved yet for the whole cat, but I’d like to know if my ideas are at least sensible. Nobody seems very interested.
I just posted my thoughts on the thread. I’m glad someone else is interested in improving the web logs area. Thanks for letting me know about it, I don’t check the forum often enough.
Wow. I thought it was going to get a whopper of a nerd rating, but I only got 118, or 25.27% And that’s with an extra 25 points for using a Mac! I can’t decide whether to be happy about that or not.
