Every ATM I have used for the past 6 years ejects the card first and then beeps before it gives the money. What backwater hole of a bank are you using?
I’ve used Wells Fargo and Zions Bank and both of them have had this problem. I’m not the only one though, because the guy I linked to had the same problem. Now that I think about it, the ATM’s in Spain ejected the card first. I’m surprised it hasn’t become a requirement by now.
