With Mikogo you can share your screen with up to ten participants. Switch presenter, remote control, file transfer, top-notch 256 AES end-to-end encryption security, application selection are all included for free. Installation required by the host, but not the participants. They just run a file and join the screen sharing session from the website. No configurations nor network/firewall changes. Don't need to know each other's IP address - it isn't required. Voice - if you have Skype, then the extra is perfect.
