How to Watch Your Diet

Foodsel.com gives you three ways to look at your food.

1. Activities to burn off the calories contained in it

2. The energy, sugar and fat it has

3. The nutrients in the food.

For example, here are some exercises and their duration I could do to burn off a slice of Pizza Hut pizza, a visual breakdown of the energy, sugar and fat in the slice followed by the nutrients contained in it.

It’s sobering. I would have to do aerobics for 35 minutes to burn off the calories from just one piece of pizza.

What about a hearty resting metabolism? Doesn’t that count for anything?
