Some are fakes (photoshopped or staged) and others are real. For instance, the flying condor guy is real. I saw a video of it and it actually ended fine as he had been trained to land without getting hurt. The divers with the shark behind them is fake and the bird hitting the titanic re-enactment couple was from a commercial. I also read that the guy falling off the ladder was elaborately staged.
