Free charting and graphing solution

Have you ever wanted to see a graph or chart of some data on the web? I have several times and none of the solutions I found were easy to use. Additionally, many of them didn’t look all that great either.

Google has a chart API that creates an image based on the URL you provide. This makes it easy to modify a chart because you can immediately see the result of your changes.

One negative of this solution is that you’re limited to 50,000 queries a day. If you go over that limit in a 24 hour period the charts may stop appearing. I’d like to see a version that you could host yourself, allowing unlimited use.

So next time you want to chart something on the web, Google charts is worth looking at.
