Yale economist Robert Shiller’s chart of historical housing prices is shocking (and frustrating if you’re buying a house).
Now you can take it a step further and take a virtual ride on the roller coaster of housing prices (based on Shiller’s graph).
That’s pretty crazy. I just need to know when it’s going to drop so I can sell my house at the top and buy a new one at the bottom. Let me know when you find out when that is.
