Another idea I had a long time ago but never implemented (akin to browsershots) was “allow people to create their own personal timeline and link them to others.”

At dandelife.com you can create your own personal timeline with stories, pictures (it’s integrated with Flickr) and videos (integrated with YouTube).

I’m actually quite pleased to find that someone has done it, because I think it’s a really good idea. I haven’t created my own timeline yet, but I plan to.
