Be forewarned, it’s harder than you’d think to come up with a good nickname. I looked all over and found a mediocre generator, wikipedia’s list of cowboys and cowgirls and gunslingers and even tried Google Sets using a few nicknames to seed the list, but I didn’t find anything of much use.
