Now I just think the post wasn't very well named. Project management is not quite the same thing as programming. :) Now, for a book that's really about the art of programming, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_of_Computer_Programming">Knuth's "The Art of Computer Programming"</a> is where it's at.
