big burger eaten by small fry

Remember that huge 6-pound burger I wrote about last July? No one had been able to eat it within the 3-hour time limit, not even competitive eater Eric “Badlands” Booker. The 420-pound Booker who has eaten such things as 49 glazed doughnuts in eight minutes and two pounds of chocolate bars in six minutes tried three times to eat the burger. He finally ate it on his third effort, but it took him 7 hours.

Amazingly, a 100-pound 19-year-old female college student conquered the challenge, finishing the burger in 2 hours, 54 minutes. She got the $23.95 burger for free as well as other prizes.

Her secret? She didn’t eat for two days.
