It’s kind of cute and goofy. It might be a way to invite ridicule as well, particularly from those who might be behind you as you go on your romantic walks together.
I was dating a girl, and we liked to take walks, and in the winter she bought me some thinner gloves, so we could hold hands a bit better, less clumsily. So I can see what they’re going for, but thin gloves were good enough for us — I think these would be a bit much. Other things could accomplish the same purpose, and the Smittens are very narrow in their usefulness.
Oh, man, I’ve gotta have these. And now I know what to get EVERYONE for Christmas!! LOL I applaud the creativity of the idea, but like Dave said — narrow in their usefulness. Thanks for the laugh, Dan! =)
