You can’t win. I’d really like to be eating healthier, and I’ll grab a Wendy’s salad once in a while, but now I see those aren’t healthy either. Please, anyone, is it possible to have healthy and tasty together?

Chick-Fil-A was not on the list….how healthy are their salads?? Does anyone know? They are across the street from my office, so I eat their salads almost daily for lunch.
