I heard a song on the radio and googled the lyrics to figure out who sang it. One of the resulting pages happened to be the rejection letters that an author received in the process of getting his book published. He made the following four observations, which are good reminders for everyone.
- Life is tough.
- Other people don’t always recognize good things.
- If you truly believe in something, don’t ever give up, no matter how many times you are rejected.
