What about those sexy voices that remind you that “there is no parking or waiting in the unloading zone” at the airport? Simply have one of those kick in on an endless loop until the shmuck pulls out the card.
Every ATM I have used for the past 6 years ejects the card first and then beeps before it gives the money. What backwater hole of a bank are you using?
I’ve used Wells Fargo and Zions Bank and both of them have had this problem. I’m not the only one though, because the guy I linked to had the same problem. Now that I think about it, the ATM’s in Spain ejected the card first. I’m surprised it hasn’t become a requirement by now.
