sleep is good

Power naps boost performance & Power nap prevents burnout

In short, experts have corroborated my findings that sleep is a good thing. I highly recommend it. In fact, I tried taking a 10-minute power nap last night but ended up sleeping for three hours. When I woke up, I did feel very refreshed so it worked more or less. My sleep schedule got a bit messed up, but I feel suprisingly alert today. I couldn’t get back to sleep until 4am and woke up at 8:30am, so I had around 7 hours of sleep, just separated by 3 hours.

  1. I have to have that power nap. It keeps me going to all hours of the night especially when cramming for exams and such.

  2. I don’t need to sleep… what is sleeping for??? nobody knows why we do need to sleep. since I am a scientist i want to understand before doing things. hence i have just decided i would not sleep until sleep is fully and thoroughly understood

please let me know any relevant scientific publication that would enable me to sleep again

    thank you for you time
