
I just downloaded a song by Tim McGraw called Just to See You Smile. I like the song for the music alone, but the lyrics are good too. Pardon the mushiness, but it sure would be nice to feel that way about someone (although I’d rather they felt the same way back). Someday I guess.
Power naps boost performance & Power nap prevents burnout
In short, experts have corroborated my findings that sleep is a good thing. I highly recommend it. In fact, I tried taking a 10-minute power nap last night but ended up sleeping for three hours. When I woke up, I did feel very refreshed so it worked more or less. My sleep schedule got a bit messed up, but I feel suprisingly alert today. I couldn’t get back to sleep until 4am and woke up at 8:30am, so I had around 7 hours of sleep, just separated by 3 hours.
Cohabiting is not the same as commitment. I’ve heard of similar studies, but this one does a good job of discussing possible causes as to why moving from cohabitation to marriage often ends in divorce.
