The weather on Saturday was cold, but it was sunny so I got the idea to go for a ride on my motorcycle. It’s never had a problem starting before, but after about 10 minutes of trying I gave up. It was disappointing that it wouldn’t start. It’s always started before, but I’ve never tried to start it with it so cold outside. I just hope it won’t have any problems once the weather warms up.

After mentioning the idea to my roommate he decided he would put the top down on his Miata for our trip to a wedding reception. At about 80mph it wasn’t too cold, as long as I kept my hands over the heaters.

After reading my news headlines today maybe it’s better that I didn’t go for a ride. Apparently motorcycle fatalities are on the rise. Also, a word to the wise: Don’t get any hippos angry.
