I’m planning on buying a condo and there’s quite a bit to learn. I want to be able to sell my contract where I’m renting now so there’s a bit of a rush to get something setup so I’ll have a place to live come January. I could keep my contract for another month but I think that would make it a lot harder to sell it. I guess we’ll see how things go.

I just got back from San Francisco for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a lot of fun to just relax and sleep in. I watched some movies, ate lots of food and met some very nice people while I was there. I left Tuesday night and when I got into SFO my Uncle said he’d never seen it that empty. The same was true leaving Saturday night so I think from now on my Thanksgiving travels will occur on the off-peak times. We even had Thanksgiving dinner on Friday instead of Thursday to avoid the traffic.
