On the way to work this morning a rock from a semi about 25 feet in front of me smacked into my windshield. I wasn’t too concerned about the chip because it was in the corner and pretty small. Much to my surprise it turned into a 10 inch crack by lunchtime. Drat! I just priced replacing the windshield and it’s going to cost me $165. I get free rock chip repair (which from now on I’ll do the moment I get a chip) and 12 months of free Fuddruckers meals, which is kind of a nice bonus.
